Over $16,000 in lanscaping was added to the house and includes fruit trees, a rose garden and a myriad of plants such as azealeas, lantana, hibiscus, day lilies, magnolia, cassia, wysteria and other butterfly attractors.  Wild blueberies and raspberries also grow on the property.
 The garden designer is the co-author of  "A Garden Diary".

All interior decor was done  by the owner.  Special consideration was given for Handicapped entry and bathrooms,

Walls are plastered and painted with Ralph Lauren paint.  Top Molding was added throught the home.  Window treatments are all custom made.  Carpet throughout is dark green and tile is white.

 Antique Rose Garden  surrounded by blueberry bushes and fruit trees.
  • Trees: Bruce Japanese Plum, Santa Rosa Plum, Dorset Golden Apple, Anna Apple and 2 peach trees, Florida queen and Floraking.
  • Antique Roses: Madame Lombard 1878, Cecil Brunner, an old China Butterfly rose, Saint David and Madame B Arcant
